1. General Refund Policy

BulkWhatsApp provides a 3-day free trial period for new users to evaluate the platform before committing to a paid subscription. Given the nature of digital software services — where access is granted immediately and service delivery begins on activation — we maintain a limited refund policy.

All refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the payment date by contacting us on WhatsApp.

2. Eligibility

  • Service could not be set up due to a technical issue on our end
  • Critical functionality was unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours
  • Payment was made for a plan but access was never granted
  • Duplicate payment charged in error
  • Request made within 7 days and service not yet meaningfully used
✗ Not Eligible for Refund
  • Service was used (messages sent, contacts managed)
  • WhatsApp account was banned due to your sending practices
  • Third-party provider (Gupshup, Meta) rejected your API application
  • Request made after 7 days of payment
  • Change of mind after use has begun
  • Trial period has been used
  • Account suspended for violation of Terms of Service

3. No Refund on Third-Party Costs

Our platform subscription fee covers access to the BulkWhatsApp software. It does not include:

Refunds for third-party costs must be requested directly from the respective provider. We have no control over or liability for third-party charges.

4. Partial Refunds

In exceptional circumstances — such as a prolonged service outage — we may offer a proportional credit or extension of your subscription period rather than a cash refund. We will discuss the appropriate remedy with you based on the situation.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

We will acknowledge your request within 1 business day and respond with a decision within 5 business days.

6. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed via the same payment method used for the original transaction, or via bank transfer if agreed. Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

We do not charge any fee to process approved refunds.

7. Consumer Rights

India — Consumer Protection Act 2019

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 2019 (India). If you believe your statutory consumer rights have been violated, you may also approach the National Consumer Helpline (NCH) at 1800-11-4000 or file a complaint at consumerhelpline.gov.in.

European Union

EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Consumer Rights Directive for digital services. However, by activating your account and accessing the platform, you expressly acknowledge that service delivery has begun and waive your right of withdrawal for the consumed portion of the service.

United Kingdom

UK consumers have equivalent rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. The same waiver applies once the service has been accessed.

8. Subscription Cancellation

You may stop using the platform at any time by simply not renewing your subscription. There are no cancellation fees. Your data remains on your server after the subscription ends and is not automatically deleted.

To deactivate your account before your subscription period ends, contact us. Deactivation does not entitle you to a refund for the unused portion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
